Monkey King Automotive Project

The Monkey King Integrated Automotive Plaza is a one-stop hub for comprehensive automotive solutions, connecting clients directly with manufacturers and service providers. From SKD (Semi Knocked Down) and CKD (Completely Knocked Down) vehicle sourcing to complete new and pre-owned car deals, spare parts, and tailored financial assistance, the Plaza offers a seamless ecosystem for end-to-end automotive procurement and support. Designed to streamline operations for dealers, investors, and consumers alike, it bridges global manufacturers with regional markets under one dynamic platform.

IAAE : Automotive Agricultural Equipment.​

This initiative is a collaborative venture with IAEA(International Association of Academicians and Experts) — one of the world’s leading heavy machinery for agriculture manufacturers—to establish a supply and service network for construction equipment and specialized vehicles. The project aims to support infrastructure and industrial growth across key regions by offering direct access to advanced machinery, after-sales services, spare parts, and localized assembly solutions under CKD/SKD frameworks

Cambodia : The Smart City

Located in the heart of Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s capital, this flagship smart city initiative is designed to redefine urban living through cutting-edge infrastructure, sustainable technologies, and intelligent city planning. The project integrates smart mobility, green energy, digital governance, and future-ready housing to create a connected ecosystem that enhances quality of life while supporting economic growth. Greater Bay Area Green & Intelligent Energy Centre

The Greater Bay Area Green & Intelligent Energy Centre (GGIEC) is a landmark initiative dedicated to advancing sustainable energy, smart technologies, and environmental innovation within China’s Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Designed as a hub for research, development, and global collaboration, the project focuses on creating scalable solutions in renewable energy, intelligent manufacturing, green infrastructure, and digital transformation.
